I just looked through email and found an interesting article. The article is about forming better habits to a healthier you, you can switch it up if you would like or make your own.
It’s from MyFitnessPal and I use there app to track my food intake and of course I’m working on being healthier.
It won’t be easy to start a new habit but you can always start small and work your way up.
