Hello and happy Friday! It snowed in my town and I had to shovel the snow, a great workout. I am tired from snow shoveling but I can relax for now.
Today I am sharing a recipe from Dwnshiftology and its Turmeric Chicken and Rice Casserole.
The list is long fr ingredients but if you have time, cut up the vegetables before you make the whole meal to save time.
By the way, this looks delicious! You can always make a lot and have some throughout the week as leftovers or make enough just for you.
