Peanut Butter Cup Secret Center Cookies and Why I have been Absent

 Hello and happy Friday!!!! It's the end of the week and I plan to relax this weekend and order Chinese food fr an early birthday gift to myself.

I have been working 2 jobs this week and fighting a cold that I got, it was not COVID and I am finally feeling better. I am not fully 100% yet but I am not as tired as I was. This is why I was absent most of this week.

To make up for my absence, I will post 2 recipes tonight and I will post another one tomorrow.  Today's recipe looks like a fun one and I think kids would enjoy making this. I may even try this recipe.

Today's recipe is Peanut Butter Cup Secret Center Cookies! Two of my favorite things in a dessert.

It says the total time would be over 2 hours to make this, try this recipe if you have time and if you don't have time you can always buy the cookie dough in the store and add a peanut butter cup in the middle then cover the top.
