Hello all you wonderful people! I am slacking a lot this week and there is no excuse.
Today I bring you a recipe for a Loaded Burger bowl with homemade Thousand Island Dressing by Kayla Chandler. I follow her on YouTube and she makes videos on meals prep that is healthy and is delicious! I have tried her recipes.

This is a great idea for lunch or dinner if you don't want to cook. It's also good on really hot days too.
