Hello and happy Wednesday! We have made it halfway through the week and the weekend will be here soon! I love the weekends, they are not long enough but I still love the weekends.
I have a recipe for fruit salad, it's easy to make and is great on hot days, and great as a snack and dessert. You can make this ahead of time and let chill overnight if you want to add it as a dessert to your work lunch or a snack.
