I get emails from My Fitness Pal (an app to log food and I use it), some of the articles are very good and they have great ideas for lunch and dinner.

The Apple Cider mini muffins sound great (I may make those next week), I also may try the 1-minute berry peanut butter smoothie.
I’m not a sweet potato fan and not a big fan of oatmeal but may try the pumpkin pie oatmeal one (maybe)
