Wow, it has been a long time since my last post! Not a lot has been going on, things are good in life along with the mental/health journey.
Weight is coming off slowly, I am training for a 13k in May, today I walked 5k.
I do have a link to a recipe for you folks, I have not tried it but I hope to in the future. Also, I will apologize if this is a repeat link from another one of my posts. I should keep track.
