A New Recipe!

Sorry, I did not post yesterday, it completely slipped my mind, and I need to start putting reminders on my phone.

I almost took the whole day off today because I woke up tired. I went to bed early, instead, I got up and took a walk.

I have a recipe for everyone and it looks yummy. I will be making the double chocolate paleo banana bread tomorrow and will take pics to show you.

Life

 Wow, it has been a long time since my last post! Not a lot has been going on, things are good in life along with the mental/health journey. 


Weight is coming off slowly, I am training for a 13k in May, today I walked 5k.
