Well I have started going to the gym and I'm sticking with so far. I'm also changing my eating habits too which is not easy.
Since going to the gym, I'm more tired but my body is out of shape so it will take some getting used too.
I am much happier since I started going and glad I did. Why did I wait so long to go?
I did Zumba last Friday and will go this Friday for Zumba too.
Been working and that's about it. Working on a few things and will post more later.
