Hello and happy Saturday everyone! I am sorry that I have not posted on Fridays like I usually do. The app on my phone to post on here is being all funky and not letting me post pics which is sad. So for now, I may just post about recipes and figure out a way to post pics and write from my computer.
Just so you all know I am not that tech-savvy but as long as my computer works and does not have an issue, I can use my computer.
I have been eating better, not 100% but I am trying to stick to better foods, I am skipping maybe 3 weeks of Factor_ meals because of fiances and I am trying to save plus I need to save up for dental work too. It's not fun giving up things but it is necessary.
The first link (below) is a video on how to make banana berry nice cream and it sounds yummy and is easy to make. I will be trying this in the future too and when I do, I will write about it. It uses almond milk but you may be able to use different milk or add a different yogurt and see how it comes out.

It looks very yummy and both links look easy to make. You can make them for the kids and with the kids if you are looking for something to do and they are healthy too.
I use MyFitnessPal to track and log food, they offer recipes and show you what some meals may look like if you are trying to stick in a certain range of calories.
