Music and Books

Many authors that I have read listen to music when they write. I love it when they include a playlist in the book so you know what song inspired that chapter.

I'm listen to music right now and it's Spin Cycle on Iheart radio. I listen to this station a lot even when I'm at the gym working out.

It motivates me and I love the mixes they do. 

Yes I listen to other stations on it as well but I LOVE Spin Cycle the most. Keeps you going.

I'm going to read this week and will see how far I get in Epiphany part 2 by Gemma Michaels. I'm at 20% so my goal is to reach 50% by Thursday. 

Will post my results on Thursday night after I get home from work.

J.Lo's new song

I downloaded J. Lo's new song "Get on the Floor" and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! I like the beat and it really is catchy and addictive.  She uses pop with club beats and a beat that I think came from the movie "The Forbidden dance is Lambada". I could be wrong too.

I just really like the song and another song that I like is Lady Gaga's "Born This Way". It makes me feel better about myself but it's also saying you were born this way, take charge and be happy. Be you and let everyone else think what they want!

It is hard to not worry about what other people think but sometimes you have to have no regrets about anything and just live life. I try to do that every now and then and it is worth it and I still have my bad days too, it's never easy and never will be but keep fighting!

My Sunday Night and Music

Hello to everyone!!!!!


I went to my boyfriends house on Sunday night for dinner and to meet his sister, brother in law and his 2 nieces. Dinner was around 5pm which I figured since it was Super Bowl Sunday. I met his sister and mom outside and went inside.

Emma (5yrs old) met me first and then Ava (2 yrs old). I hung up my jacket and took my shoes off then went and played with Emma and Ava. Emma really liked me and wanted to play with me so we did until dinner was ready. Ava is super cute and really does the funniest things for a 2 yr old.

Dinner was great and I had a glass of wine along with his sister Jen then we sat and watched superbowl! Josh's mom was happy that she could get more pictures of Josh even though he doesn't like his picture being taken. His mom was taking a picture of us but we only have like 2 pictures of us together so I was happy that his mom was taking some pictures.

Emma had a loose tooth and kept wiggling it and she even tried to pull it out but didn't succed and it was videotaped too.

I had a lot of fun and I really didn't want to go into work but I did and when I got out I was really tired. It was a very busy night at work and I went to sleep early. After waking up I got a phone call from work asking if I wanted to take the night off and I did and I will be getting paid for it too!

Okay, now on to music. I bought a cd from rightstuf.com and really like the album. The singer is Angela and the album name is I/O (Input and Output). It is in another language which is Japanese but I have listened to it and it's really good. Of course I don't know what the words are but I like.

New Music

Here I am again! I went to masterbeat.com which is a music site and they have some really good remixes!!! You do have to pay for it but some of the music is worth it. You can open this music in itunes too. I just fownloaded Rated R by Kim Sozzi who is a talented singer!


She has an amazing voice and I love all her songs! I have found artists on this site when I can not find them elsewhere.

I wanted to share this with everyone because I love Kim Sozzi and wanted to share about music.
