Apple Cider Sage Pork Chops

Good morning Friday!!! We are done with the workweek and the weekend is almost here! I hope all of you are in good health and are loving the recipes I am sharing.

Today's recipe is from Downshiftology and it's pork chops! These pork chops are apple cider and sage, they look delicious and my mouth is watering from the picture.

This looks delicious and looks like it is from a 5-star restaurant (in my opinion), it's okay if you need to drool a little bit because I did.

Good morning all you lovely people! It is Monday and a new week, a fresh start and for me, I start apart time job this week and I am excited!

I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend and are ready for the week. I spent a few hours on Sunday prepping my lunches for work for the week so I can grab and go.

Today I am sharing an air fryer recipe with all of you, if you do not have an air fryer don't worry. I will be sharing other recipes this week that does not involve an air fryer. I would like an air fryer so I can try these recipes.

Easy Keto Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas with Kayla Chandler

Hello and happy Friday!! We all made it to the weekend and it's the last day of the workweek! I have some plans for Saturday which mostly stay home but I need to cook turkey bacon before Tuesday because I am making a chicken bacon ranch pasta salad Monday. This will be a lunch for work on Tuesday.

That reminds me, I am using an app (if you are curious), I use the "Plan to Eat" app so I can plan out my lunches for the week and especially for work. I'm sure work would provide a meal for me but I have been eating better so meal planning works best for me.

Okay back to our scheduled recipe for today.

Today I am sharing an easy sheet pan recipe, just put everything on the sheet pan and cook it in the oven! I have another recipe I will share next week on Greek Chicken sheet pan becuase I want to make that.

This recipe is from Kayla Chandler, I like easy sheet pan recipes and I think you will too. Also, this is a great way to make a meal for the family or make lunches for the week.

This looks great and I need to try out sheet pan meals because this would be grreat even if it makes lunches for a few days or make it n a Saturday just for you!

When I make recipes I share, I will make a post about them so you cansee and know what I think.

Thanks for reading and taking a look. Have a wonderful Friday and a lovely weekend!

White Bean Dip

Hello and happy Thursday! I know I have not been posting but this will change and I will be scheduling posts for the next few weeks.

I am starting a part-time job next week and that is between my nursing job hours, this is why I will be scheduling posts. Thanks for sticking with me through this transition and me getting back on track.

Today I am sharing a recipe from Downshiftology and I may make this myself. Today's recipe is White Bean Dip. It looks delicious and if and when I make this, I may make a smaller portion.

You can have this dip with crackers or veggies, not sure if it would be good on bread or a wrap with veggies in it the sandwich? You can always experiment and make small portions to try it out.

Here is the link:   https://downshiftology.com/recipes/white-bean-dip/

This looks delicious like I already said and I would make a small portion to try it out. Not sure when I can make this but need to make sure I have all the ingredients when I have free time.

Thanks for reading and a post will be scheduled for tomorrow too, on Sunday, I will get posts scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for all of you.

Thanks for reading and have a great Thursday!

Turkey Cobb Salad from Downshiftology

Hello and Happy Monday!! It's a fresh new week and we all start fresh.

Today I am sharing a recipe called Turkey Cobb Salad and it goes with the theme of the month, Thanksgiving!

Turkey Cobb salad is popular among people I know and I wanted to share this because I think people may like to make this for work or have it at home. Completely up to you.

Lisa Bryan does say you can substitute ingredients and dressing in this, I am a picky eater so I would take out the squash.

You can also add more if you would like or have less, I will leave that up to the individual.

Here is the link: https://downshiftology.com/recipes/turkey-cobb-salad/

You can make this for dinner and make a lot more for the family or just make it for yourself, I hope you like this and look at more recipes from Lisa Bryan at Downshiftology.

Thanks for reading and have a wonderful Monday!

Cheesy Tortellini and Pepperoni Pizza

Hell to all you wonderful folks out there! It's Wednesday morning and the sun is out in my neighborhood! It's a beautiful morning and I am happy to be here.

Today I am sharing a recipe with you, its an easy recipe and it only has 7 ingredients! I am not sure if you folks like these recipes that have 12 ingredients or less but I think they are great! The fewer ingredients you need, the easier it is if you are a busy person.

I am sharing the cheese tortellini and pepperoni pizza recipe, this is all mixed together and you can always change up the ingredients if you would like. I am not a fan of mushrooms at all and I don't like pepperoni either.

You can use up any item you may have in the frig or be creative and add more in, it's entirely up to you on how you want to make this recipe.

This looks delicious and super easy to make!

I may try this next week, need to plan my food shopping trip. I shop on a budget so will see what I can add to the list.

I will post pics when I make this and tell you what I think.

That is all I have for today, I hope everyone is healthy and staying safe. Have a beautiful Wednesday!

One Skillet Mexican Quinoa

Hello and happy Wednesday! I have seriously slacked off on posting on this blog and there is no excuse! I am doing well, got out of a funk I was in, and hopefully will get outside a little more this week.

I am cooking rice at the moment for my lunch in a few hours, I like to add rice vinegar to my rice so need to cook it early and be less hassle for when I want to eat.

Today, I will be sharing a recipe for Mexican Quinoa.

Trying to choose better options and trying to make meals more filling. I bought quinoa last week and going to use it this week. I looked up some recipes for what I could add to quinoa and like the Mexican skillet.

Here is the link to the recipe;  https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/241066/one-skillet-mexican-quinoa/

You can substitute some of the ingredients if you need to, II am a picky eater so I may swap out the red beans for black beans.

I also think this owuls be great for family night and kids may even love it! If people don't like spicy food, you can cut back on the spices.

Make this your way and have fun with it!

Thanks for reading and checking out the recipes. Have a great Wednesday!
