A Fun Recipe

Good morning and happy Tuesday! I hope everyone is doing well and wish you a wonderful day.

I found a recipe for stuffed chicken breasts, now this may not be healthy but if you have a cheat day, this I something you could make (when it's not hot out).

You can always substitute the broccoli and cheddar do different vegetables and cheese or do something completely different.

Be creative with this recipe and remember, if it's going to be a hot day, use the oven early in the morning if you can.

Hello everyone! I made plans for the weekend and may not be able to post so here I am posting early.

I have a link for Pillsbury Berry recipes, you may want a dessert and here are some ideas. They look yummy too!

Also, I will be at a food festival this Saturday. It’s a small food festival in my town but I look forward to going. Pictures will be taken and I will write a post about it.

I need lunch, have a great Thursday ❤️

Recipes and Life

https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/12-summer-recipes-with-up-to-38-grams-of-protein/?%24web_only=true&utm_source=mfp&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=20210601_MFP_Newsletter_Tuesday_14D&utm_content=hero

The link above is for 12 recipes from My Fitness Pal, they have a lot of protein and these would be great all summer long!

I’m sure you have been wondering where I have been and the truth is, I have been here (home) all along. I have been working through some mental health issues and knitting.

I have also been stressed out about money, starting today I am going to try my hardest to track all my spending, stick to a budget and try to save a lot.

This may help ease my anxiety about money, it’s not easy but I hope to save $100 extra this month after paying bills.

Good news, I bought a budget planner from Walmart two weeks ago and I hope this works for me. I have started writing in it and so far I’m doing ok.

In good news, I raised money for a 13k virtual race and it felt great! I did the race in 2 hours and 27 minutes! The last mile was tough but I finished and that is all that matters!

I hope to do it again next year and I already started saving up money to donate.

I’m going to relax, went for a 2 mile walk earlier and have had lunch. Going to knit and read today before I work at 3pm.

Have a great Tuesday!
