Poached Chicken and Winter Vegetable Soup by Downshiftology

 It's been about a week since I last posted, I really need to work on getting posts up and scheduling them. I am slacking a lot and that is not a good thing, hopefully, I can make this a new habit (schedule posts).

I hope everyone is doing well and are in good spirits this week, it's been cold where I live and we had a little snow the other night. Everything else is going good for now.

Today's recipe is soup, soups are great in the fall or on very cold winter days. I do not know how may of you may live somewhere where you get 4 seasons or just one. If you travel and are able to make soup on a cold and blustery day, soup is a great choice.

There are some vegetables in this soup that I will not eat and this is okay, you can always add more vegetables or take out what you don't like for vegetables. I am a picky vegetable eater, always have been.
