Best Healthy Coleslaw (No Mayo)

 Hello and happy Tuesday! Yesterday was a holiday and I took it off to celebrate and do some knitting.

Today I bring you a recipe for coleslaw, I am not sure how many of you eat coleslaw for even like it. I am not a fan of it but may give this recipe a try.


You can add extra vegetables in it if you would like or a different dressing, just have fun with it.

This recipe uses maple syrup and has apple cider vinegar in it. There are other ingredients too but wanted to give you folks a heads up incase you don't want to use pure maple syrup.
