So I found out that I have high cholesterol and my doctor says I do not need meds which is good. I do know that I can lower my cholesterol with changing the way I eat.
I'm going to buy the American Heart Association low fat low cholesterol cook book from Amazon on Friday. That is payday for me so I am getting it to help me eat better and inspire me for new ideas.
I do suggest if you are trying to eat healthy, make small changes in your routine. It's tough at first but it does get easier.
When I get the book, I will post about it and the recipes.
