Hello and Happy FRIDAY!!!!!! You have made it to the end of a workweek, give yourself a high five, you deserve it!
Today's recipe is Mexican Egg Salad, it will have a kick to it so make it to how you like the spiciness. I would also recommend making this the night before if you plan this for a work lunch or outing, this way the egg salad has time to chill overnight.
